Ali Phillips is the "Chief Wedding Orchestrator" at Engaging Events. Unlike the character in "The Wedding Planner", Ali did not grow up marrying her Barbie dolls and daydreaming about weddings. Her previous career in financial and project management gave her the solid foundation and business background to become Chicago's most sought-after event planner. 

Ali has a passion for working with her brides and grooms to create the perfect day in a style that is reflective of her couple's personality and love story.

Chicago Magazine has named Ali Phillips one of the Top Chicago Wedding Planners. She sits on the Advisory Board of Special Events Magazine and has been an industry speaker at the Engage Luxury Conference, for the Association of Bridal Consultants, Wedding Industry Professionals Association and Event Solutions. She continues her education by attending conferences and networking with industry professionals all over the world.

In summer of 2011, Ali was named by Bride's Magazine as the Editor's Selection in Chicago for Best Wedding Planner.
