Brrrrr, it is cold out there in Chicago today but not to worry, spring is around the corner and will be here in 72 days. Today I am happy to share this dreamy engagement picture session by YazyJo of our clients Chinnu and Ed who tied the knot last year. ( I can't wait to share their wedding pictures with you soon). So grab a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy these gorgeous summer engagement session pictures at Chicago Botanic Gardens and know that warm weather is right around the corner. You can also find great engagement photo tips on our blog!
Chicago Winter Wedding Engagement Pictures
Montrose Harbor Engagement Pictures by Jaclyn Simpson
Today we are LOVING these pictures by Jaclyn Simpson of Emily and Maurico's engagement session at Montrose Harbor. Emily and Mauricio will say "I Do" in September. These high school sweethearts are the kindest couple and have been so much fun to work with. Can't wait for their wedding at South Shore Cultural Center!
Ali Phillips, Chicago and Destination Wedding Planner
So excited that Sarah Alair was able to do my new head shots on a gorgeous day in Chicago (albeit windy). She is such an amazing photographer and good friend! And she is available to shoot your wedding, engagement pictures or even your kids and dog pictures! She has photographed some incredible weddings for me. She has a calming effect on nervous brides and grooms and really is able to capture their love in their engagement pictures or on the wedding day! Thank you Sarah for taking me out in Chicago and having some fun for my new head shots!
Engagement Sessions on Ice
Looking to do something this weekend? Want a fun "outdoor" activity but it is just too cold for you? What a FUN new idea for your Engagement Session? How about grab your skates and head to the top of the John Hancock Observatory. What you may ask? Well today thru March 31st, the John Hancock Observatory will have an ice skating rink, made from a synthetic substance called XTRAICE, inside called "Skating in the Sky". What a fun outing with your fiance. Don't forget the camera.
