"The Waltz" : Full Service Wedding Planning
From the moment you are engaged until you are whisked away to the honeymoon suite, Engaging Events by Ali, provides full service wedding coordination and consultation for the busy bride and groom. We begin by finding a wonderful location for your reception, creating a master to do list and talking about your budget. Ali is involved with securing the vendors for your event as well as help with design and decor. Ali Phillips will be there throughout your entire engagement to assure that you are on schedule for your perfect wedding day! This package allows busy brides and grooms time to enjoy the planning process, have professional help along the way and have fun!
"The Tango" : Wedding Weekend Coordination
This package is for the bride and groom who wants a coordinator present on their Wedding Weekend. We will begin to meet about two months prior to your Wedding Day to talk about the itinerary for the wedding day and make sure that all the little details have been considered. A coordinator will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal and present the Big Day to assure everyone is in the right place at the right time (from your family and wedding party, to your vendors, to the limo waiting to whisk you away to your honeymoon suite!) On your wedding day; leave the organizing to Engaging Events by Ali and relax and celebrate with your new spouse!
"The Fox Trot" : Consultation
Not every bride needs help throughout the entire planning process so we do offer a “starter package”. This is a consultation with a coordinator to create a “blueprint” for a perfect day. We will point you in the right direction to have a stress free planning process. We develop a timeline and budget that you are comfortable with. Included in this session would be the answers to any etiquette questions. The bride and groom will be supplied with vendor recommendations following their consultation in each planning category to contact.
We also offer A La Carte Services from hourly consultation to custom packages. Anything to fit your needs.
