From the moment you are engaged until you are whisked away to the honeymoon suite, Engaging Events by Ali, provides full service wedding coordination and consultation for busy engaged couples. We begin by finding a wonderful location for your reception, creating a master to do list/timeline and setting your wedding budget. Ali is involved with securing the vendors for your event as well as assisting with design and decor of your event and creating your special day. Ali Phillips will be there throughout your entire engagement to assure that you are on schedule for your perfect wedding day! This package allows busy engaged couples time to enjoy the planning process, have professional help along the way and have fun!
All of Ali's Comprehensive Wedding Planning couples receive the Engaging Events Wedding Binder which has a customized timeline, worksheets and articles written by Ali Phillips to follow along in the wedding process as she plans and meets with them.
The Tango-Two Month Out Wedding Planning
This package is for the engaged couple who has handled planning the wedding but wants a coordinator present on the wedding weekend. We will begin to meet two months prior to your wedding day to talk about the itinerary for the wedding day and make sure that all the little details have been considered. A coordinator will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal and then be present on your wedding day to make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. (from your family and your wedding party, to your vendors, to the limousine waiting to whisk you away to your honeymoon suite)! On the wedding day; leave the organizing to the Engaging Events by Ali Team and relax and celebrate with your new spouse.
