Aideen & Dara

Aideen and Dara’s ceremony and reception took place on the perfect summer day in Chicago at the Chicago History Museum. The weather was the kind of day Chicagoans dream of in cold February. These brides wanted their guests to not only experience a fabulous meal (catered by Paramount Events Chicago) but also to be in awe of the beauty of the space. They wanted their guests to feel comfortable and relaxed enough to kick off their shoes to dance. And that they did to the Jeff Stitely Orchestra.

Erin McDonald did the floral and décor and created a room that was both elegant and sophisticated, just like the brides. Elysia Root Cakes created the fabulous wedding cake and sweets that guests enjoyed later in the evening.  Photography by Kurt Gerber.
