Happiness Tips During COVID-19

I made a little list of things I am doing during this hard time that bring me a little Happiness.  I hope this can possibly give someone here some inspiration that needs it! Be Well!! 

Taking walks

Dancing 

Working out

Watching cooking shows 

Reading books 

Meditating 

Waking up when my body wakes up

Having gratitude 

Being comfy

Cooking nice dinners

Calling friends

Learning 

Riding my mountain bike 

Praying 

Using essential oils and crystals 

Listening to friend’s playlists on Spotify 

Writing notes and letters to family and friends  

Updating my website 

Taking photos of pretty things I see during the day that inspire me 

Tik Tok (which provides so much laughter for me)
