How many guests can I have at my wedding in Chicago, Illinois?

How many guests can I have at my wedding in Chicago right now? This is a question I get asked a lot right now during the COVID-19 pandemic. As of Friday, October 30th, the city of Chicago by an order by Governor Pritzker is only allowing a maximum of 25 guests at gatherings.
