It’s a special treat when Ali and I get to get outside of the office and check out a new store or vendor and the other day we did just that. We headed over to a new paperie boutique called Magnificent Milestones, located downtown on West Erie.
The store couldn’t have been more adorable and with boxes upon boxes of custom invitations and cards we found ourselves not wanting to leave! Kara Gordon, the owner, is as welcoming as her adorable shop. My personal favorite was their Third Coast Collection. These boxed sets of note cards describe the personality of each neighborhood in Chicago, from Wrigleyville to The Loop. Perfect for thank you notes or notes to your friends and family.
We also found a whole wall of wedding and party invitation albums from designers like Vera Wang and Martha Stewart, totaling over forty-two invitation companies to select from. Kara also has hundreds of samples of her custom work, commemorating anything from weddings to baby showers and birthdays. She also carries some adorable gifts for family or friends to chose from in her shop, most of them with a fun Chicago theme!
Magnificent Milestones is really a great one-stop shop for all your wedding paper needs in Chicago.
Located at 472 West Erie Street, you will find Kara there with a friendly smile Tuesday-Friday from 11am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm.
